Nice movie. Although some people are interpreting the message differently, and are voting accordingly. I'm gonna put aside what I feel about critics and blamming and concentrate on the technical aspects of the movie.
1) Graphics were nothing exceptional, but that didn't matter here. The movie was not about graphics. They were good enough for what the movie was trying to say.
2) Sound was one the best things here, followed closely by the style of the movie. I'm amazed how brilliant the synching was, great job. The style was set up brilliantly, with each scene deserving of being in the movie.
3) Interactivity and violence speak for themselves. Humour was a given, great stuff.
4) The 7/10 is a good score, 70%. I laughed out loud when I watched this movie (only PK2 has done that for me recently), and that is a good sign. Unfortunately for me, the replay value was lacking somewhat, otherwise the score would have been 8/10.

The message is obviously controversial. I personally think that anyone should be able to vote, regardless of whether they have flash or are able to create flash movies (good or bad). Yes, some people just blam for points. But a majority of the NG audience actually vote constructively based on whether they genuinely enjoyed the movie or not. This is proved by many of the great movies in the Top 50, they didn't get there by people blamming all the time. If a movie has any redeeming qualities, then it will do well in the Portal. I don't think anyone can argue with that.
On the other hand, is a movie is crap (regardless of how much time and effort the author put into it), then it's crap. No amount of time and effort will disguise the fact that some movies are crap. By voting 5 on these movies, it effectively tells people that their movie is Top 50 material, and consequently they will keep churning out the same rubbish without looking to better their movies. This is not only a waste of the author's time, but our time (as critics) too. The only reason very low rating movies get blammed is not to fill up Tom/Wade's HDDs with flash movies that really don't deserve to be there. In a perfect world, the really bad movies would still be there, albeit with a low score.

Overall, good submission.
